Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data BIOM Agency (“BIOM”, “we”) collects when you apply through the form on this website, why we collect it, how it is handled and what choices you have. It covers this website only.
Who we are
BIOM Agency is a Hanoi-based agency developing studio-based live entertainment and supporting creators through production, training and day-to-day operations. We are the party that decides how your application data is used. BIOM is an independent agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
What we collect
Only what you type into the application form:
- your name;
- your email address or phone/Zalo number;
- the link to your social media profile;
- the role you are interested in;
- an optional short message;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older and have read this policy.
We do not ask for identity documents, payment details, financial information or sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your message.
Why we use it
- to review your application and decide whether to invite you to take part;
- to contact you about your application;
- to keep a record of who applied, so we do not lose or duplicate applications.
We do not use your application for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Who can see it
Applications are sent by email to a BIOM mailbox. Only people at BIOM who handle recruitment can read them. Your data passes through service providers that process it on our behalf to deliver the message: our website host (GoDaddy), the form-delivery service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and our email provider (Google Workspace). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not share your application with other third parties unless the law requires it.
Where it is stored and for how long
The website does not keep a database of applications. Your application is stored in the receiving mailbox (and may be briefly held by the delivery services above while the email is sent). We keep applications only for as long as needed for recruitment, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your application sooner, we will.
Your data may be processed on servers outside Vietnam, depending on where our hosting and email providers operate.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. If this changes, we will update this policy first.
Spam protection
To block automated abuse, the form uses a hidden field and a timing check, and the server briefly remembers a one-way code derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions. This code does not identify you and is not linked to your application.
Your rights
Subject to the laws that apply to you, including Vietnam’s personal data protection rules, you may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, contact us using the contact details published on this website and tell us the name and contact detail you used in your application.
Age
The application form is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us an application, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
